  • I was in first class both directions; it was very nice, on time, all around easy trip. The only thing which wasn't perfect was on the return trip, the temperature of the car was too warm. Your policy should be to keep the cars moderately cool and if someone is cold they can wear a jacket ... you can only take off so many clothes, so making the car too hot doesn't make any sense.
  • Screen said train was running late but it in fact left on time. Almost missed train for this...
  • Bar wagon did not open due to customs inspection in the wagon near by...
  • The seat is facing backward while we ordered facing forward seat.
  • I am tall and uncomfortable in your trains where space has been reduced
  • Why is Thales nearly always late?
