Terrible experience: 1) no option to print out a duplicate ticket at the station for receipt purposes 2) indifferent staff at the station who seemed overwhelmed at the great number of people asking where exactly to board the train. But due to poor signage.... 3) inexplicable seating assignments--paid extra for a seat number that didn't actually exist! 4) well behind schedule -

One point of improvement would be to get tickets more than 4 days before journey. I come from the US and can't always get an internet conn3ction.
