Your hand luggage and a checked-in bag weighing up to 20 kg are free of charge.

All checked-in luggage must adhere to the following requirements:

•     Dimensions: the sum of the length + width + depth of a piece of luggage must not exceed 170 cm,
•     Weight: a piece of luggage cannot be heavier than 20 kg
•     Labelling: all luggage items must be labelled with your first and last name, telephone number, and the passenger’s full home and destination addresses. Complementary labels are available at check-in.

Bicycles, musical instruments, skis and any items that do not comply with these specifications are strictly prohibited and will not be carried.

For security reasons, the following items are prohibited on board:

•     animals, except:

    - Guide dogs, accompanying people with impaired vision or hearing are welcome on board.
    - Dogs and cats weighing less than 5 kg in a travel carrier are allowed; please consult our terms and conditions of sale.

•     Flammable or illegal items, such as narcotics, weapons, fuel, toxic materials, etc.

Please make yourself known to the driver no later than 20 minutes before the departure of your bus. You need the following documents to travel on our routes:

•     Your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket on your mobile phone, tablet or computer

Your ticket is issued in your name; it cannot be transferred to another person. All print-at-home tickets must be printed on A4 paper, double-sided printing is not allowed.

You must show your ticket or e-ticket to Isilines staff every time you board.

•     A valid proof of ID (national identity card, passport, residence permit, etc.)

You may be asked to show proof of ID when boarding to check that it matches the name on your ticket.

•     French regulations require you to present specific travel documents depending on your nationality (passport, visa, exit permit, etc.)
