For a withdrawal at a French SNCF station, the presence of a chip on your credit card is required. If your card does not have a chip, please select another withdrawal method: e-ticket or free delivery by mail.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure online payment service you can use to pay on OUI.sncf without revealing your bank details.

 

You can pay by Paypal for all SNCF non-exchangeable and non-refundable tickets (excluding OUIGO and Italo) and if you select an e-ticket, Ticketless Thalys, Print@home Eurostar (depending on carrier) or Home Delivery.


You cannot use PayPal to pay for:

  • OUIGO, Italo bookings,
  • If select insurance with your ticket.

How do I use PayPal with OUI.sncf?

  1. Book your train tickets on OUI.sncf. You must select a non-exchangeable and non-refundable fare.

  2. Select an e-ticket, Ticketless Thalys, Print@Home Eurostar (depending on carrier) or Home Delivery for the collection method.

  3. Select PayPal on the payment page. You will then be taken to the PayPal authentication page.

  4. If you already have an account, simply log in. Otherwise, follow the instructions to create an account.

  5. Complete your payment on the PayPal site. You will be redirected to OUI.sncf to view your order confirmation.
    You will then be sent a confirmation email.
