E-ticket: how does it work?

1 - BOOK

Book your e-ticket on or via the app.

2 - FIND

Find your e-ticket in the ‘My tickets’ section of your app: Immediately after booking if you used your Customer Account or if you booked on your mobile.

3 - SHOW

Show the e-ticket on your smartphone to the train manager (or a printed copy if you don’t have a smartphone)!


Save your loyalty card in the ‘My Account’ section of your app if you tend to forget things.

For your Eurostar tickets purchased since 19 June you must register online to obtain your E-ticket. It's fast, in a few clicks it's done.
