La Cordonnerie is known as a haunt for penniless students. And not for nothing! The happy hour there surely sets a new record: €2.80 a pint from 5 to 8 pm. And on Thursdays come for the couscous party! There you’ll enjoy a nice plate of semolina, vegetables and chunks of meat without spending a cent. Truly ground-breaking if you ask us!

Not a big fan of beer? Not a problem. Look no further, cocktail lovers, your paradise awaits. All cocktails on the menu are 7 euros from 6 to 11 pm on weekdays, and until 10 pm on the weekend.

You can choose from no less than 375 options: Cherub, Dry Wit, Provence Sky and many others. Take your pick!  A small Haribo crocodile comes hidden in every glass, as a nod to the name of the bar.

In the lively Strasbourg Saint-Denis area on rue de Paradis, l’Ours Bar awaits with you a laid-back atmosphere and stylish decor. People come to this cosy little den between 17:00 and 21:00 to take advantage of a very intriguing happy hour. Cocktails cost 6 euros.   

Listen up Coen brothers fans—this bar is an ode to the film The Big Lebowski. From the posters of the Dude on the wall to the White Russians on the menu, you won’t be able to miss its many references to the film. Happy hour is from 6 to 9 pm.

Beer is 2.50 euros, a glass of wine is 1.50 euros and cocktails are sold two apiece for 8 euros. That’s something to be happy about!

In the heart of the 9th arrondissement, Le Syphax is an establishment dedicated to the art of the happy hour. A pint for 3 euros and a cocktail for 5 euros. The music is good and you can nibble on a selection of tapas and small bites before dinner.   

Located on Rue Montparnasse, My Baar has a happy hour from 3 to 10 pm! Besides the 3 euro pints and 5 euro cocktails, what we really love is the choice of tapas for 2.90 euros that makes a perfect companion to your drink. The even have an option of 4 pints and tapas for 20 euros. Impossible to refuse!
